  1. What documents do I need to have submitted in order to try - out?
    1. Cheerleading Interest Survey
    2. Parent Awareness Form
    3. Howard County Athletic Forms
      1. Physical Examination Form
      2. Concussion Form
      3. Parental Permission Form (including Insurance Information)
    4. Copy of Current Utility Bill / Residency Verification
    5. Copy of Birth Certificate
    6. Copy of First Quarter Report (minimum 2.0 GPA & NO grade of "E")
  2. When do my documents need to be handed in?
    • Documents should be turned in no later than Monday, November 16, 2009 at 2:30 pm.
  3. When / Where can I hand in my documents?
    • You drop your documents off at the front office in an envelope at the Front Office. Be sure to put OMHS Cheerleadiny Try-out Paperwork on the front of the envelope. 
  4. What should I wear to try-outs?
    • Black Shorts, White / Orange T-shirt
    • Shorts should be length appropriate
    • No midriffs
    • No jewelry
    • No  finger nail polish
    • Hair in a ponytail
  5. When will practices begin?
    • Practices will begin promptly after try-ouys
  6. When are try-outs?
    • Saturday, November 14, 2009
      • 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
    • Monday, November 16, 2009
      • 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
    • Tuesday, November 17, 2009
      • 3:30 to 5:30 pm
